We proudly back our work with a strong guarantee. If you engage us on a permanent search, we will back any of our placements with a 3 month, full fee guarantee. We will replace the candidate or provide a refund of the paid fee.*

If you engage us on a temporary or consulting need, we will offer a 16 hour guarantee on any engagement of 2 weeks or longer. If you don't like the candidate, for any reason, we will not bill you if a replacement is requested within the first 16 working hours of the engagement.

*full fee refund is only available to be paid back if original invoice was paid within 10 days of the original candidate placement and we can't find a suitable replacement candidate. Otherwise, a prorated portion of the fee, based on the number of days worked by the candidate, will be paid back.
